Tropeiro Beans

• 500g of Kaito's Black Beans

• 400g of salted/smoked pork ribs

• 200g pork sausage

• 400g Salted Pork Cured Beet soaked overnight and cubed 8 tablespoon olive oil

• 2 Onions Finely Chopped

• 6 Garlic Cloves finell

• Black Pepper

• 5 Bay Leaves

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 180oC for approximately 40 minutes.

CANJICA
TRADICIONAL

Traditional White Hominy Corn

• 2 Cups of Kaito’s White Hominy Corn

• 1 Liter of Whole Milk

• 1/2 Cup of Sugar

• 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

• Cinnamon to Taste

Soak Kaito’s White Canjica for a day. In a pressure cooker, add water, the hominy with the cinnamon and cook for 30 minutes after the pan gets pressure. Release the pressure from the pan and add the milk, condensed milk and sugar, continue mixing over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
